EMI Operator

The EMI Operator is responsible for performing electromagnetic inspections on various parts and components to detect and identify defects, such as cracks, corrosion, and other anomalies. This includes setting up and operating EMI equipment, interpreting inspection results, and recording and reporting findings to the appropriate parties.

Manual Machinist

The Manual Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machines and tools to produce precision parts, tools, and fixtures. This includes using traditional machining. The Machinist is also responsible for ensuring that all parts are produced to the correct specifications and for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Tubular Specialist

The Tubular Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise in the inspection of tubular goods, including drilling pipe, casing, and tubing. This includes performing visual and dimensional inspections, as well as non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections. The Tubular Specialist is also responsible for maintaining and calibrating inspection equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
