EPSR offers 3 different units for your Pipe Reclamation needs:

  • O.D. – I.D. descale and drift on sizes ranging from 2-3/8 up to 2-7/8 tubing
  • O.D. brush and clear coat application on sizes ranging from 3-1/2 up to 13-3/8 casing
  • VTI/FLD is a service for any size you need inspected

Electro Magnetic Inspection

EPSR offers 2 separate EMI production lines :

  • Electro Magnetic inspection on sizes ranging from 2-3/8 up to 4-1/2 tubing
  • Electro Magnetic inspection on sizes ranging from 4-1/2 up to 7-5/8 casing

Special End Area

Inline Special End Area inspection covering the 18" length that is not captured in the EMI process

  • O.D. – I.D. descale and drift on sizes ranging from 2-3/8 up to 2-7/8 tubing

Hydrostatic Testing

We offer 2 Hydrostatic Testing units up 10k PSI for both casing and tubing:

  • Hydrotest 2-3/8 up to 4-1/2 tubing
  • Hydrotest 4-1/2 up to 7-5/8 casing

Tubing Straigtening

EPSR offers Straightening on sizes 2-3/8 up to 3-1/2 tubing

API Threading

We offer API threading services:

  • Sizes ranging from 2-3/8 thru 13-3/8 on both tubing and casing
  • Manufacture a variety of accessories, parts, BHA, pup joints, landing joints and markers

Tubing and Bucking

Tubing and bucking capacity from 2-3/8 up to 20” on tubing and casing.
